Florida and Chattanooga are grabbing headlines instead of the positive, innovative programs implemented by tourism professionals at Convention and Visitors Bureaus – CVBs (or Destination Marketing Organizations – DMOs). These initiatives increase visitation in their destinations. We call them Tourism Best Practices.
