$100,000 in Tourism Marketing and Promotions Grants Now Available
The past two years, Visit Tillamook Coast (Oregon) has awarded a total of $200,000 in marketing and promotions grants. Projects range from digital marketing campaigns, rack cards, websites and videos to walking maps, event marketing, media campaigns and print advertising.

Finally, destination marketing isn’t always just ads, websites, visitor guides, and trade shows. It’s also brand management. Bravo to David Rettig, executive director of the Amana Convention and Visitors Bureau, for noticing their community was listed on a site’s ‘Hate Map.’ Rettig and his staff worked to get Amana, Iowa removed.
